THE ROLLOUT

How the city gets covered.

We're not carpet-bombing Edinburgh with units. Each machine goes somewhere it'll actually be used, gets serviced properly, and proves itself before the next one goes in.

  1. Scout

    We look for venues where people already stop and linger — game shops, comic and collectible stores, cafés, arcades, student venues — with the floor space and the footfall to justify a unit.

  2. Agree and install

    Terms and revenue share agreed in writing first, then we deliver, site, power up and stock the machine. The venue does nothing but point at a wall.

  3. Service and tune

    Fixed-schedule restocks, plus a stock mix tuned to what that venue's regulars actually buy. Slots that don't move get reassigned.

  4. List it here

    Once it's live and taking payments, the venue goes on this page and everyone on the notify list gets an email.

Areas we're prioritising

Old Town and the Royal Mile, Newington and the university belt, Leith Walk, Tollcross and Bruntsfield, and the West End. Those are where the collector footfall and the venue density overlap.
